  • Kylie Rae Celebrates Three Years Sober: A Journey of Resilience and Redemption

In a world as fast-paced and demanding as professional wrestling, personal battles often remain hidden behind the glitz and glamour of the ring. But for Kylie Rae , one of wrestling’s most beloved performers, her journey through the highs and lows of addiction has been one of transparency, courage, and, ultimately, triumph. This month, Kylie Rae celebrates a monumental milestone — three years of sobriety — a testament to her strength, resilience, and unwavering dedication to self-healing. The Road to Recovery Kylie Rae, born Brianna Rae Sparrey, burst onto the professional wrestling scene with her infectious energy, signature smile, and undeniable talent. She became a fan favourite in promotions like Impact Wrestling, AEW, and NWA, captivating audiences with her in-ring abilities and charismatic personality. However, behind the scenes, Rae was fighting an internal battle that nearly cost her everything. In 2020, Kylie Rae made headlines when she suddenly stepped away from AEW after being poised for a major push. The wrestling community was left in shock, speculating about her future and well-being. Shortly after, she revealed that she had been struggling with mental health issues and addiction, prompting her to take time off to focus on her recovery. Rae’s decision to seek help marked a turning point in her life. She openly shared her struggles with substance abuse, a brave move that inspired countless fans and peers. The decision to step away from the spotlight to prioritize her mental health showed that even in an industry that often glorifies pushing through pain, true strength lies in acknowledging when help is needed. A Symbol of Hope Kylie Rae's journey has resonated with many, not just in wrestling but across all walks of life. Her openness about her struggles has made her a symbol of hope for those facing similar battles. Over the past three years, Rae has used her platform to promote mental health awareness, reminding her fans that they are never alone in their struggles. Through various interviews and social media posts, Kylie has shared the ups and downs of her recovery process, emphasizing that sobriety is a lifelong commitment, not a quick fix. Her message is clear: it’s okay to stumble, but what matters most is the decision to keep moving forward. Return to the Ring Rae’s journey back to wrestling has been equally inspiring. After taking time off to focus on her recovery, she made a triumphant return to the ring, first with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and then with various independent promotions. Each time she stepped back into the squared circle, it was more than just a physical return — it was a personal victory, a sign that she had overcome the odds stacked against her. Although Rae has kept her schedule lighter compared to her early days, she has shown that she can balance her love for wrestling with the self-care needed to maintain her sobriety. She’s been selective with her appearances, ensuring that her mental and emotional well-being always come first. Celebrating Three Years Sober Marking three years of sobriety is no small feat, especially in the high-pressure world of professional wrestling, where the demands can be grueling and the spotlight unrelenting. For Kylie Rae, this anniversary is a celebration of more than just abstaining from alcohol and drugs — it’s a celebration of self-love, resilience, and personal growth. On her social media, Rae has shared messages of gratitude to her family, friends, and fans who have supported her throughout her recovery. Her message is one of humility, acknowledging that while the journey has been challenging, it has also been filled with incredible moments of personal triumph and rediscovery. Kylie’s transparency about her sobriety has continued to inspire others to seek help and prioritize their mental health. She remains a beacon of hope in the wrestling community, reminding everyone that it's possible to face your demons and come out stronger on the other side. Looking Forward As Kylie Rae celebrates this important milestone, her future in wrestling remains bright. Whether she’s competing in the ring or advocating for mental health awareness, her impact is undeniable. Her story of recovery, perseverance, and redemption serves as a powerful reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is always hope. For Rae, this is just the beginning. Three years sober is an incredible achievement, but she remains committed to her journey of healing, both for herself and for the many fans she continues to inspire along the way. With her trademark smile and indomitable spirit, Kylie Rae proves that even the hardest battles can be won, one day at a time.

  • Unleashing the Storm: Toni Storm's Rise to the Top of PWI's Women's 250!

Move over, everyone! The "Toni Storm Era" is officially here, and she’s not just bringing her quirky antics and umbrella, she’s reigning supreme at the very top of the  2024 PWI Women's 250 ! It's official, folks: Toni Storm has stormed her way past all competition and secured that coveted #1 spot, leaving a trail of broken hearts (and broken egos) in her wake. But don't worry—there's plenty more drama to unpack as we break down the top three. Spoiler alert: It's as fierce as Toni’s latest wardrobe change. Toni Storm: A Star is Born... Again, and Again If you've been following Toni Storm’s evolution over the past year, you know she’s been absolutely  unhinged —and we mean that in the best possible way. Gone are the days when she was the plucky babyface chasing gold. This new Toni Storm? She’s a blend of Hollywood glam, vintage vibes, and complete chaos. After transforming into AEW's most talked-about enigma (thanks, "Timeless Toni"), she turned heads with her unpredictable promos, insane charisma, and, oh yeah—those brutal matches where she wiped the floor with everyone from Saraya to Hikaru Shida. She’s unpredictable, untouchable, and now, officially  unstoppable . You wanted star power? You got it. Not to mention, she gave us  Oscar-worthy  performances every time she hit the ring. If you ever doubted Toni’s ability to lead the women’s wrestling world, let this #1 spot settle that debate. She’s not just a wrestler; she’s a total package—a drama queen, a wrecking ball, and everything in between. Jordynne Grace: The Juggernaut Comes for the Crown Right behind Toni in that runner-up spot is none other than  Jordynne Grace —the powerlifting phenom who is as tough as they come. Grace has been a beast, racking up championships and accolades like they’re just her weekend hobby. Whether she’s dominating in IMPACT Wrestling or crushing it on the indies, Jordynne’s presence is like a freight train—you see her coming, but there’s absolutely no stopping her. Her ability to adapt, evolve, and show insane versatility between technical masterpieces and straight-up brawls has kept her right at the forefront of the wrestling scene. Don't let the second-place spot fool you—Grace has her eyes set on dethroning Toni, and let’s be real, when she sets her mind on something, it's usually a matter of  when , not  if . Rhea Ripley: Dominance Personified And rounding out this iconic trio at #3 is none other than  Rhea Ripley , the Judgment Day's nightmare—and let's be honest, everyone's favorite "Mami." Rhea’s presence in WWE over the past year has been nothing short of terrifyingly dominant. With that SmackDown Women’s Championship held hostage by her biceps for what feels like an eternity, Ripley has been doing more than making waves—she’s creating tsunamis. Her brutal style, combined with that bad-girl swagger, makes her the most dangerous woman on WWE’s roster. Whether she’s taking out the men in her path (hello, Dominik), or destroying the competition in the women’s division, Ripley has been  the  headline act. And if you think she’s stopping at #3, think again. Ripley's still ascending—at this point, her domination is less a question of ranking and more about what’s left to conquer. Drama, Power, and Queens on the Rise With Toni Storm leading the charge, Jordynne Grace pushing boundaries, and Rhea Ripley laying waste to anyone who crosses her, this year's  PWI Women's 250  top three is a complete power trip, in the best way. And it doesn’t stop there—the entire list is stacked with incredible talent, from indie darlings making waves to international superstars taking over promotions. But let’s not forget: Toni Storm is officially #1. And with her unpredictable character and unmatched in-ring ability, it’s clear why she’s on top— and  why the wrestling world should be very, very afraid of what’s next.  Bring on the drama, darling—this queen isn’t done yet. Now, the real question is: Can anyone catch up to the hurricane that is Toni Storm, or will we all just get caught up in her storm? Buckle up. Top 10 of the PWI Women’s 250 (2024) : Toni Storm  (AEW) – The Timeless One takes the throne with her stunning character work and killer matches.
