Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai) defeat Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox
Damage CTRL make their way to Friday Night SmackDown to defend their titles against the team of Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox. Nevertheless, we see a bit of a different side of Liv Morgan. As the match goes on, she grabs a weapon to use against Dakota Kai.
Knowing that this will cause a disqualification, Nox gets Morgan to put the weapon down and end the match the right way. Then, Wade Barrett points out that she has not been the same since ending her reign as champion. Looking back at everything, this seems to be true.
The match carries on and Damage CTRL gets the win. In addition, Damage CTRL retain their championships, continuing their dominance in the division.
Attack on Nox
During this match, we see involvement with Bayley trying to take out Tegan Nox. Shortly after, Nox gets attacked by someone in the crowd. Many speculate that the attack came from Deonna Purrazzo or even Chelsea Green. Some brought up the names of SmackDown roster members such as Charlotte Flair and Xia Li.
Later in the night, it was revealed that the attacker was indeed Xia Li.

Totally uncalled for. @RondaRousey and @QoSBaszler just attacked an already injured @RaquelWWE. #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/aaJMp6qJzr — WWE (@WWE) December 17, 2022
