As announced on August 30, 2022, episode of “NXT,” Nikki A.S.H. will partner with fellow Scotswoman Doudrop on September 4 at “NXT” Worlds Collide in an attempt to face Katana Chance and Kayden Carter for the “NXT” Women’s Tag Team Championships.
A.S.H. will make history by being the first female to complete an incredible accomplishment in WWE history in her first bout in “NXT” in 2019 when she competed under the moniker Nikki Cross.
This Sunday, A.S.H. will be the first woman to challenge for all active WWE Women’s Championships. This includes the “NXT” Women’s Championship, which she first challenged for in 2017, and the “Smackdown” and “NXT UK” Women’s Championships, both of which she challenged for the first time in 2019.
Following her victorious Money in the Bank cash-in on the July 19, 2021, edition of “Raw,” A.S.H. has contended for and won the “Raw” Women’s Championship. A.S.H. has also been successful in the tag division. She has won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships three times, once with Rhea Ripley and twice with Alexa Bliss. A.S.H. has also held the 24/7 Championship four times; currently, Dana Brooke has this title.
Since May, A.S.H. and Doudrop—previously Piper Niven in “NXT UK”—have formed a team, but they haven’t had much success on the “Raw” brand. Recently, A.S.H. and Doudrop earned their first victory as a tag team by defeating Dana Brooke and Tamina on the August 25 episode of “Main Event,” the show taped before “Raw.”
Prior to this victory, the two were 0-4 in two-on-two competition; however, heading into their Worlds Collide match versus Chance and Carter, they can now boast a tag team victory.
