Lopez, real name Karissa Rivera, signed with WWE in early 2021 and quickly became a key member of Legado Del Fantasma in NXT. While the group transitioned to SmackDown in late 2022, Lopez was left behind, with Zelina Vega taking over as their on-screen valet. She later formed a short-lived alliance with Lola Vice before reuniting with Legado Del Fantasma in early 2024.
Though she remained a presence on WWE programming, Lopez saw limited in-ring action following her NXT departure. Her last major storyline involved a brief feud with Vega leading up to WrestleMania XL. Lopez’s final match took place in November 2023, where she lost to Tiffany Stratton in a triple threat bout featuring Naomi as part of the Women’s United States Championship tournament.
Her exit comes amid a wave of WWE roster cuts that have recently included Sonya Deville, Blair Davenport, and Isla Dawn.
As Elektra Lopez steps away from WWE, fans are left wondering what’s next for the talented star. Wherever she lands, she’s sure to leave her mark.
