Asuka has returned and is not finished with The EST.

Since losing to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania just over a month ago for the Raw Women’s Title, Asuka hasn’t been seen. She’s back now, but she hasn’t moved on from what happened.

In her hometown, Bianca Belair attended a celebration at the ring. The Empress was en route to the ring before Belair could even grab a microphone. To congratulate Belair on setting a record for the longest-reigning female champion in modern history, Asuka reached out her hand. Belair reluctantly shook Asuka’s hand at first, but she immediately received a blue mist in the face.
Belair did a fantastic job of selling the mist as officials assisted her and kept Asuka away from the ring.

The tag titles were on the line this week on SmackDown as champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defended them. They faced Damage CTRL’s Bayley and Dakota Kai. IYO SKY was in attendance.
The two teams played well in their match. As Kai lay on the outside, Bayley gave SKY the order to get a title belt for her to use in the closing moments. As SKY stood on the ring platform, Rodriguez caught it and engaged in a tug-of-war match with the belt. As Rodriguez kicked Kai by the timekeepers’ area, Bayley unintentionally knocked SKY off the ring apron.

When Bayley piled up inside, Morgan profited from the situation and scored three times to keep the titles. Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre, the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions, and the newest SmackDown Superstars watched from backstage during this match.
Morgan and Rodriguez will defend their title against Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville this coming Monday.
