Tiffany Stratton rejoined “NXT” two weeks ago after a five-month absence. The “Buff Barbie Doll” immediately criticized the rest of the women’s division, claiming they had “utterly failed” in their attempt to replace her. Indi Hartwell was offended by those remarks, and the two got into a heated argument backstage. This evening’s match will be Stratton’s first televised contest since August 2022.

Before their title match at Vengeance Day on February 4, Roxanne Perez, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne will convene an “NXT” Women’s Championship summit on tonight’s episode of “WWE NXT.” The Toxic Attraction team co-won a number one contender’s battle royal at New Year’s Evil earlier this month, qualifying them to contend for the gold. When the final two contestants, Dolin and Jayne, both fell to the ground at the same time, the high-stakes elimination match came to a contentious conclusion.

Last week, Toxic Attraction engaged in tag team combat with Perez and Lyra Valkyria, which caused the situation to flare up. Jayne unintentionally kicked Dolin in the face during that match, which gave the current “NXT” Women’s Champion the opportunity to capitalize and win the match for her team.

Alba Fyre will make an independent run for the “NXT” Women’s Tag Team Championship in other matches. The former “NXT UK” Women’s Champion declared she would be able to defeat current champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance alone.

Thea Hail finally defeated Valentina Feroz last week to earn her first victory on “NXT,” and Chase U’s Andre Chase announced that a special award ceremony would be held to honor the rising star.
