Living in Buffalo, New York, Ella Jay’s passion for pro wrestling began when she was eleven years old and hasn’t let up since. After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in creative writing, she officially entered the professional wrestling media and content creation industry.

Today, Ella Jay is a host, interviewer, writer, and contributor for professional wrestling. Through her hosting of the A Wrestling Gal podcast, SEScoops’ Women’s Wrestling Focus, and on-screen interviews for Bell to Belles, she discusses various aspects of women’s wrestling. Ella is also a writer for WrestleZone and the editor of the podcast Grown Ass Women: GAWCAST.
